An all-volunteer 501c3 public charity, The Thoughts & Gifts Project celebrates the value and importance of underserved youth (0-18), intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals (any age), and seniors (65+) in Polk County on their birthday with free gifts (up to $40), books, cards, a game kit with prizes, and party decorations.
